How Do I Place An Order?/¿Cómo hago un pedido?
You can order the product you desire by adding it to your cart and checking out, and once you do that, you shall receive your order ID and other information regarding the order placed. You won't be asked to pay online as you will pay once you arrive at the store.
Puede pedir el producto que desea agregándolo a su carrito y pagando, y una vez que lo haga, recibirá su ID de pedido y otra información sobre el pedido realizado. No se le pedirá que pague en línea, ya que pagará una vez que llegue a la tienda.
Payment and Shipping/ Pagos y envíos
As mentioned above, you will pay for the product/order and receive the actual receipt once you arrive at the store. The online "receipt/invoice is only a confirmation of your online order, not the actual receipt/invoice.
We don't offer delivery or shipment, though, you are allowed to have someone else pick up your order as long as they can provide the order confirmation and order ID.
Como se mencionó anteriormente, pagará el producto/pedido y recibirá el recibo real una vez que llegue a la tienda. El "recibo/factura" en línea es sólo una confirmación de su pedido en línea, no el recibo/factura real. Your order is secured in our system once you "check out" and you shall receive an email regarding your online order confirmation and order ID. If there is a problem with securing your order, you may contact us through the form or the chat and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The methods of payment in-store include cash, card, and transfer.
Su pedido está asegurado en nuestro sistema una vez que "paga" y recibirá un correo electrónico con la confirmación de su pedido en línea y el ID del pedido. Si hay algún problema con la seguridad de tu pedido, puedes contactarnos a través del formulario o del chat y nos comunicaremos contigo lo antes posible. Los métodos de pago en tienda incluyen efectivo, tarjeta y transferencia.
Returns & Refunds/ Devoluciones y reembolsos
Please check your order/product before leaving the store as we won't refund or return once you are out of the store unless the product's problem is found in the store or if there are any quality problems. As long as it's being found in-store, we shall be able to refund/return.
Verifique su pedido/producto antes de salir de la tienda, ya que no reembolsaremos ni devolveremos una vez que esté fuera de la tienda a menos que el problema del producto se encuentre en la tienda o si hay algún problema de calidad.
